Due to the expanding of our business we have been moved. We still stay in the same area but on the new location we can offer more and better services to our dive clients. We have opend a Dive shop with classroom and beside the pools by the Emerald Isle and Celtic Isle restaurants we now also have a private pool to teach our courses.

Location:
Our house is located in Orihuela Costa. It is situated about 10km south of Torrevieja. In Playa Flamenca in the Urbanisation Called Iria V
Distance to Alicante airport is about 60 km. To Murcia airport it's closer, about 35KM.




The property is a two floor bungalow with 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with bunk bed. there are 2 bath rooms. there is also room for maximum 2 baby cots if necesary. There is a large lounge with a fully American style kitchen with a large closed in utility room in the rear. If
necessary you can expand your kitchen.




If you are entering the house you have a spacious living room with open fire place. A semi-open kitchen (American style)and behind the kitchen is a large utility room usefull for washing machine and storage.
And a bedroom with double bed and big wardrobe.



Kitchen
The kitchen has a hob, fridge with freezer and a microwave. The washing machine is in the utilityroom.


bathroom
Downstairs is a bathroom with shower / bath, sink, toilet and bidet.


At the front of the house you have a large veranda

FIRST FLOOR
At the top of the stairs is a small hallway. One double bed or 2 single bed bedroom with balcony and access to the solarium and a second bedroom with bunk bed also with access to the solarium.

2nd bathroom
upstairs is a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

Solarium
On the big solarium you can enjoy the sun from early in the morning till late in the evening.

Garden
in the garden is an offroad parking and a brick shed to store your bikes, golf clubs, garden chairs etc. Under the veranda is a small basement for more storage.


The Pool
The pool is communal and is only 1 minute away but far away enough to not disturb you when you sit out side the house on the veranda or solarium.


About the local area
All the local amenities are within walking distance - they include two fabulous Chinese, one with buffet, bakery with every morning fresh bread, shops, supermarket, pubs, and bars. there's also the Flameca Beach comercial center with more bars pubs and restaurants that provides entertainment most nights. at 10 minutes you have the Habaneras shopping center by Torrevieja. A bit further on you got the shopping centers Dos Mares by San javier. At 35 minutes by Carthagena you got Centro Mediterraneo.

The beaches
are all within driving distance. Playa Flamenca Beach is within walking distance. There are sandy beaches in Playa Flamenca and then there are stone beaches nearer Torrevieja. If you don't like sand there are a few bar/pool side restaurants near by. There are several golf courses nearby such as Villa Martin, Las Rambles Campamor etc.

Medical
There are two hospitals in Torrevieja.
The waiting times are quite short. If the doctor does not speak English, you get a translator there (in the San Jaime). The other hospital is very modern and most doctors do speak English.
