The
PADI
Digital
underwater
photography
specialty
course
is
a
two-part
introduction
to
digital
underwater
photography
centered
on
today’s
point-
and-shoot
digital
cameras.
The
course
covers
the
PADI
SEA
(Shoot,
Examine
and
Adjust)
method
of
photography
but
it's
not
all
about
how
to
take
a
picture,
white
balancing
and
using
color
filters.
Your
instructor
will
also
guide
you
in
equipment
set
up,
maintenance,
care,
image
resolution,
using
histograms,
file
formats
and
archiving
your
photos.
This
course
is
a
fantastic
idea
before
your
holiday,
making
the
most

your
dive

the

Course Content
The course consists of a knowledge development session & 2 Open water
dives which will cover:

Open Water Dives
Here
in
the
Mediterranean
on
the
Costa
Blanca,
students
will
complete
2
Open
Water
dives
over
one
day
to
certify
as
a
PADI
Underwater
Digital
Photographer.
During
these
dives
you
will
cover
the
assembly/disassembly
of
camera
systems,
entry/exit
techniques,
white
balancing,
distant
&
close
up
shots,
exposure,
contrast,
sharpness,
achieving
good
color
and
composition.
If
you
don’t
have
your
own
digital
under
water
camera,
don’t
worry.
Scubaworld

several
digital
camera’s
available
for
you
,
among

Sealife DC2000
.
Knowledge Development
Knowledge
development
is
based
on
a
self-study
method,
allowing
you
to
study
in
your
own
time,
at
your
own
pace.
Home
study
is
backed
up
by
an
academic session with a PADI Instructor.
Course Prerequisites:
Students
must
be
certified
as
a
PADI
Open
Water
Diver,
PADI
Junior
Open
Water Diver or equivalent.
for snorkeling option is no certification required.
Minimum age is 10.
Get five specialty ratings including Padi deep diver specialty
and Padi navigation diver specialty and you're on your
way to becoming a PADI Master Scuba Diver.
